Service Cancellation and Refund Policy for Infinity Content House

Thank you for choosing Infinity Content House via ich.media. We strive to deliver artistic and engineering services adhering to world-class standards. This policy outlines the rules, terms, and timeframes regarding the cancellation of bookings or services, as well as financial refund requests.

1. Audio and Video Studio Services (Hourly and Session Bookings)

• Cancellation and Full Refund: The client has the right to cancel the booked recording or filming session and receive a full refund, provided that studio management is officially notified at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

• Partial Cancellation: If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours and up to 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the booking value will be deducted as facility occupancy and equipment preparation fees, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the client.

• No-Show or Late Cancellation: If the client cancels less than 24 hours before the session, or fails to attend the agreed-upon appointment entirely, the client is not entitled to claim any refund, as the studio, sound engineers, and equipment were reserved exclusively for them.

2. Digital Music Distribution Services

• Digital distribution service fees for singles or albums are strictly non-refundable once technical processing and uploading begin for the audio files and cover art to global streaming platform servers via our website ich.media.

• If the artist requests a takedown of the track from streaming platforms after successful distribution for personal reasons, the request will be executed technically; however, the artist is not entitled to any refund of fees paid for the original distribution service.

3. Music and Music Video Production Services

• Cancellations of full-package production services (songwriting, composing, music arrangement, music video shooting) are subject to the specific terms and conditions set forth and signed in the legal contract for each individual project.

• Generally, down payments made to initiate creative workshops or book filming crews are non-refundable once actual work, conceptualization, or scheduling has commenced.

4. Refund Method and Processing

Upon approval of a refund request under the aforementioned terms, the transaction is processed and funds are returned via the original payment method used by the client (credit card, bank transfer, or electronic wallet). The process may take 7 to 14 business days in accordance with the policies of local and international banks and payment networks.
