Digital Distribution Policy

Digital Music Distribution Policy, Charter & Anti-Piracy Guidelines
Infinity Content House platform welcomes all artists to upload and distribute their works via our portal ich.media to over 150 global and local streaming platforms. As an official and direct partner with major streaming DSPs (such as Spotify, Apple Music, Anghami, and YouTube), we strictly adhere to rigorous guidelines and international standards that ensure the quality and legality of distributed content.
1. Eligible Content Terms and Guidelines for Distribution
The artist or client strictly agrees to the following rules when submitting any musical work for digital distribution:
Full Originality: All elements of the track (lyrics, compositions, master recordings, and arrangements) must be 100% owned by the artist or officially and writtenly licensed.
Prohibition of Unauthorized Remixes: Uploading unofficial remixes, bootlegs, or tracks containing audio samples from third-party works without obtaining a certified, documented clearance from the original copyright holders is strictly prohibited.
Cover Artwork Standards: Single or album artwork must be high-resolution and completely free from third-party logos, watermarks, copyrighted imagery, or any materials infringing on third-party intellectual property.
2. Anti-Artificial Streaming Policy
Global streaming platforms enforce severe penalties on stream count manipulation. Accordingly, the artist pledges not to use any automated software, bots, deceptive promotional campaigns, or streaming exchange networks to generate “artificial or fraudulent streams.”
Technical Action: If DSP monitoring systems or our internal analytics at ich.media detect any artificial, botted, or abnormal streaming activity on a specific track, the release will be immediately taken down from all platforms.
Financial Penalties: The platform reserves the right to freeze and withhold all royalties generated from fraudulent streams, as global platforms do not monetize automated bot activities.
3. Consequences of Breaching the Distribution Charter
Uploading unauthorized content, recurring fraudulent attempts, or manipulating stream metrics grants Infinity Content House the absolute right to:
Permanently remove the infringing release from all digital DSP stores immediately without prior notice.
Terminate the artist or client account on our platform permanently.
Freeze and forfeit all accumulated earnings in the account to offset damages and potential financial penalties imposed by DSPs on our company due to the breach.
