Intellectual Property and Copyright Protection Policy

Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection Policy for Infinity Content House

Infinity Content House platform, via its official website ich.media, is committed to respecting and protecting the intellectual property, copyright, and author rights of all artists, creators, and entities. We implement stringent procedures to address any copyright infringements or violations against artistic and musical rights, striving to ensure a legitimate and fair creative ecosystem.

1. Copyright Infringement Notice (Takedown Notice)

If you hold intellectual property rights (melody, lyrics, arrangement, audio master track, visual content) and believe that content available on our website or distributed through our services infringes upon your rights, you may submit a formal “Infringement Notice” to our legal support department via email at (legal@ich.media), provided the notice includes the following information:

  1. Contact Information: Your full name, physical address, phone number, and email address.

  2. Proof of Ownership: Official documentation or links verifying your legal copyright ownership or authorized representation of the work in dispute.

  3. Identification of Infringing Content: The exact URL of the allegedly infringing material on our website ich.media, or the specific song title and artist name across distribution platforms.

  4. Statement of Accuracy: An explicit statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner or its agent, and that all information in the notification is accurate and under penalty of perjury.

2. Actions Taken Upon Receiving a Notice

Upon receiving a complete and qualifying notice, we take the following steps:

  • Immediate review and verification of submitted documentation and links by our technical and legal departments.

  • Temporary takedown or restriction of the disputed content as a precautionary measure pending dispute resolution.

  • Notifying the reported party (our registered artist or client) and granting them an opportunity to submit a formal “Counter-Notice” proving their ownership or licensing authorization.

3. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed or restricted due to a takedown notice and you believe this action was taken in error or misidentification, you may submit a formal counter-notice containing legal documents that prove your standing, full ownership, or valid license. Upon review and validation of your documentation, the content will be reinstated.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Infinity Content House reserves the full right to permanently terminate agreements and ban accounts of users or artists who are found to repeatedly infringe on third-party intellectual property rights or engage in piracy, while retaining our right to take necessary legal action to safeguard the platform’s reputation.
